Turkey Ranch Club Wrap
Ingredients:
- 1 tbsp cooking oil
- 1 tbsp butter
- 1 pound chicken breast, boneless and cut into strips
- 1/4 cup Franks Red Hot sauce
- 4 (10-inch) tortillas
- 1/2 cup ranch dressing
- 2 cups lettuce, shredded
- 1 stem of celery, diced
- 1 cup tomatoes, diced
- 6 strips of bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Instructions:
- Cook Chicken: Heat the butter and cooking oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add the chicken breast strips and cook until they are fully cooked and the juices run clear, about 10 minutes, flipping them midway through. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set it aside to cool for a few minutes.
- Prepare Chicken: Dice the cooked chicken breasts and return them to the hot skillet. Pour the Franks Red Hot sauce over the chicken pieces, stirring well to coat them evenly in the sauce.
- Assemble Wraps: Lay out the tortillas and divide the chicken evenly among them, spreading it out in a line down the center of each tortilla. Top the chicken with shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, diced celery, crumbled bacon, shredded cheddar cheese, and ranch dressing.
- Roll Wraps: Roll up each tortilla tightly, folding in the sides as you go, to create a burrito-style wrap.
Tips:
- To save time, you can use pre-cooked chicken strips or rotisserie chicken instead of cooking the chicken breasts from scratch.
- If you prefer a milder flavor, you can adjust the amount of hot sauce to suit your taste.
- Feel free to add or substitute your favorite ingredients, such as avocado slices, red onion, or different types of cheese.
- To make these wraps ahead of time, assemble them without the dressing and store them in an airtight container in the refrigerator. Add the dressing just before serving to prevent the wraps from becoming soggy.
