Add a refreshing and tropical twist to your brunch with these delightful Mango Mimosas. The combination of bubbly champagne and sweet mango nectar creates a light, fruity beverage that’s perfect for celebrations, brunches, or a relaxing day. Garnish with fresh strawberries or mango slices for an extra special touch.

Ingredients

  • 2 parts champagne or prosecco (I recommend a drier variety rather than a sweeter one)
  • 1 part mango nectar or mango juice (adjust to taste)
  • Strawberries or mango slices (optional, for garnishing)

Instructions

By the Glass:

  1. Fill a champagne flute about two-thirds full with champagne.
  2. Top off the flute with mango nectar to taste.
  3. Optionally, garnish with a slice of strawberry or mango for a festive touch.

By the Pitcher:

  1. Pour the champagne into a pitcher, filling it about two-thirds full.
  2. Top off the pitcher with mango nectar, adjusting the ratio to your preference.
  3. Optionally, add slices of strawberries or mango to the pitcher for garnish.

Notes

  • This recipe is intended for those for whom alcohol consumption is legal and appropriate.
  • The recommended ratio for either a glass or a pitcher is about two parts champagne to one part mango nectar, but you can adjust according to your taste preference.

Tips

  • For the best flavor, use well-chilled champagne and mango nectar.
  • If you prefer a non-alcoholic version, substitute the champagne with sparkling water or a non-alcoholic sparkling wine.
  • To enhance the presentation, consider serving with a sugared rim on the glasses. Dip the rim of the glass in lemon juice and then into sugar before pouring the mimosa.
