This Slow Cooker Ravioli Lasagna is a delightful, hassle-free dish that layers cheese-stuffed ravioli, savory ground beef, and rich marinara sauce. Ingredients:

  • 25 oz. frozen ravioli (5 cheese)
  • 1 lb. ground beef (or mild sausage)
  • 1 cup diced white onion
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp. dried leaf oregano
  • 24 oz. marinara sauce (such as Rao’s)
  • 8 oz. shredded mozzarella cheese (2 cups)

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the Meat Mixture:
  • In a medium-sized non-stick skillet over medium-high heat, add the ground beef and diced onion.
  • Season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and oregano.
  • Cook until the meat is browned, ensuring to keep a few tablespoons of the cooking liquid in the meat to keep it moist.
  1. Set Up the Slow Cooker:
  • Spray the inside of the slow cooker with non-stick spray.
  • Pour half of the marinara sauce into the bottom of the slow cooker, spreading it evenly.
  1. Layer the Ingredients:
  • Place half of the frozen ravioli over the marinara sauce.
  • Spread all of the cooked ground beef mixture over the ravioli layer.
  • Add the remaining ravioli on top of the meat mixture.
  • Pour the rest of the marinara sauce over the ravioli.
  • Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese evenly over the top.
  1. Cook:
  • Place the lid on the slow cooker.
  • Cook on LOW for 4 hours.
  1. Serve:
  • Once cooked, serve hot and enjoy this comforting, cheesy dish.
