This Slow Cooker Cream Cheese Crack Chicken is a crowd-pleaser with its rich and savory flavors. The combination of tender shredded chicken, creamy cream cheese, and the zesty kick from ranch seasoning creates a mouthwatering filling. Topped with melted cheddar cheese and crispy bacon, it’s an indulgent treat perfect for gatherings or a comforting family dinner.

Slow Cooker Cream Cheese Crack Chicken

Ingredients:

  • 3 chicken breasts
  • 2 (8 oz.) packages cream cheese
  • 1 packet ranch seasoning
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 8 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 8 slices cheddar cheese
  • 8 hoagie rolls

How To Make Slow Cooker Cream Cheese Crack Chicken:

Step 1: Preparing the Chicken Mixture

  1. In the slow cooker, combine chicken breasts, cream cheese, ranch seasoning, shredded cheddar cheese, and garlic powder.
  2. Cook on high for 3-4 hours until the chicken is tender and easy to shred.

Step 2: Assembling the Sandwiches

  1. Toast the hoagie rolls to your liking.
  2. Shred the cooked chicken in the slow cooker and mix it with the creamy sauce.
  3. Scoop the chicken mixture onto the toasted hoagie rolls.
  4. Top each sandwich with a slice of cheddar cheese and crumbled bacon.
  5. Serve and enjoy the creamy, flavorful Crack Chicken sandwiches!

Tips:

  • Customize the level of spice by adjusting the amount of ranch seasoning.
  • Use a slow cooker liner for easy cleanup.
  • Add fresh lettuce, tomatoes, or avocado for a refreshing crunch.
  • Experiment with different types of bread for the sandwiches.
  • Leftovers can be stored in the refrigerator and reheated for a quick and satisfying meal.
