The Salted Caramel Chocolate Cheesecake Cake is a decadent and indulgent dessert that combines the rich flavors of chocolate, creamy cheesecake, and the delightful sweetness of caramel. The Oreo cookie crust provides a perfect crunchy and chocolatey base for this heavenly creation.
The creamy cheesecake layer, enhanced with the addition of melted semi-sweet chocolate, results in a smooth and velvety texture. The incorporation of eggs ensures a rich and satisfying consistency, making each bite a delightful experience.
The final touch of thick caramel sauce adds a layer of sweetness with a hint of saltiness from the large flakes of sea salt. This contrast of flavors creates a harmonious balance, elevating the overall taste of the cheesecake.

- In a large bowl, combine Philadelphia Brick Cream Cheese and sugar using a mixer until well mixed.

- Bake:
- Bake the cheesecake in the preheated oven for approximately 41 minutes or until set.
- Run a knife around the edge of the pan to loosen the cake.
- Allow the cake to cool for about 5 minutes before refrigerating it for at least 4 hours.
- Finish with Caramel Sauce:
- Once chilled, sprinkle thick caramel sauce over the top of the cheesecake.
Tips:
- Crust Consistency: Ensure that the crust is evenly pressed into the springform pan to provide a stable and uniform base for the cheesecake.
- Chill Time: Allow the cheesecake to chill for the recommended 4 hours or longer for the best texture and flavor. This also helps the caramel sauce to set beautifully on top.
- Presentation: Consider garnishing the cheesecake with additional chocolate shavings, a drizzle of caramel, or a sprinkle of sea salt for an extra touch of elegance.
