This No-Bake Peanut Butter Pie is a rich, creamy dessert that’s both easy and irresistibly delicious! With a crunchy Oreo crust and a light, fluffy peanut butter filling, it’s a perfect make-ahead treat for peanut butter lovers. Top with your favorite garnishes like mini peanut butter cups, whipped cream, and crushed peanuts for added texture and flavor.

Ingredients

  • For the Crust
  • 24 Oreo Cookies
  • ¼ cup melted butter
  • For the Filling
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1 ½ cups powdered sugar
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream, cold
  • For Garnish (Optional)
  • Crushed peanuts or mini peanut butter cups
  • Chocolate syrup or whipped cream

Instructions

  1. Make the Crust
  • In a food processor, pulse Oreo cookies until they’re finely crushed. Add melted butter and pulse a few more times to combine.
  • Press the crumb mixture firmly into a deep-dish pie plate, creating an even layer. Place the crust in the fridge to chill while you prepare the filling.
  1. Prepare the Filling
  • In a medium mixing bowl, use a hand mixer to blend softened cream cheese and peanut butter on medium speed until smooth and fluffy. Add powdered sugar and mix until well incorporated.
  • In a separate bowl, beat the cold heavy cream until soft peaks form. Gently fold the whipped cream into the peanut butter mixture, combining until smooth and airy.
  1. Assemble the Pie
  • Spread the peanut butter filling evenly over the Oreo crust. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or overnight, until fully set.
  1. Add Garnishes and Serve
  • Just before serving, add your favorite toppings, such as whipped cream, chopped mini peanut butter cups, or a drizzle of chocolate syrup.

Tips for the Best Peanut Butter Pie

  • Use Cold Heavy Cream: Beating cold cream creates a light, airy texture in the filling.
  • Soften the Cream Cheese: Allowing the cream cheese to soften helps it blend more smoothly with the peanut butter.
  • Chill Well: The pie needs time to set, so chilling overnight is ideal for the perfect sliceable texture.

This Peanut Butter Pie is a delightfully rich and creamy dessert with a balanced sweetness that pairs beautifully with the chocolatey Oreo crust. A quick and easy crowd-pleaser, it’s perfect for holidays, celebrations, or simply treating yourself!
