This No-Bake Cream Cheese Peanut Butter Pie is a delightful dessert that combines the irresistible flavors of peanut butter and chocolate with a salty pretzel crust. It’s creamy, rich, and perfect for any occasion, especially when you’re craving something sweet but don’t want to turn on the oven. With its easy no-bake preparation and decadent taste, this pie is sure to become a favorite among family and friends.

Ingredients:

  • Crust:
  • 1 1/4 cups salted pretzels
  • 6 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • Filling:
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1/3 cup smooth peanut butter
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup 35% whipping cream, whipped
  • Chocolate Whip Cream:
  • 3/4 cup coarsely chopped dark chocolate
  • 2 cups 35% whip cream
  • Chocolate shavings (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Prepare Crust: Pulse pretzels in a food processor until finely ground. In a large bowl, mix pretzel crumbs with brown sugar and melted butter until well combined. Press mixture into the bottom and sides of a pie plate. Chill in the fridge while preparing the filling.
  2. Make Filling: In a bowl, combine cream cheese, peanut butter, and brown sugar, mixing until smooth. Fold in whipped cream until fully incorporated. Spread the filling evenly over the chilled crust.
  3. Prepare Chocolate Whipped Cream: In a double boiler over medium heat, melt dark chocolate with whipped cream, stirring until smooth. Chill the mixture in the fridge until cooled.
  4. Assemble Pie: Once cooled, beat the chocolate whipped cream until thick and spreadable. Carefully spread it over the peanut butter filling in the pie crust.
  5. Garnish: Optionally, top the pie with chocolate shavings for decoration.
  6. Chill: Cover the pie and refrigerate until set, preferably for a few hours or overnight.
  7. Serve: Slice and serve chilled. Enjoy the creamy, indulgent flavors of this no-bake pie!

Tips:

  • For a smoother filling texture, ensure the cream cheese is softened before mixing.
  • If you prefer a sweeter pie, you can increase the amount of brown sugar in the filling.
  • Be careful not to overmix the chocolate whipped cream to avoid a runny consistency. Aim for a thick and spreadable texture.
  • Customize the pie by adding chopped peanuts or chocolate chips to the filling for extra texture and flavor.
