Monster Cookie Dough Dip is a delightful and indulgent treat that combines the flavors of a classic monster cookie into a creamy, no-bake dip. Perfect for parties, gatherings, or a sweet snack, this dip is loaded with creamy peanut butter, chocolate chips, and colorful M&Ms. Serve it with pretzels, graham crackers, or apple slices for a fun and delicious treat that everyone will love. Just be warned, it’s hard to stop eating once you start!

Ingredients

  • 1 (8-ounce) package cream cheese, softened
  • ½ cup butter, slightly softened
  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 2 cups powdered sugar
  • 3 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 ½ cups rolled oats (old-fashioned or quick, see Note)
  • 2/3 cup plain M&Ms (give or take)
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Cream the Base: Using a hand mixer or stand mixer, beat the softened cream cheese, slightly softened butter, and creamy peanut butter until smooth and well combined.
  2. Incorporate Sugars: Add the powdered sugar, brown sugar, flour, and vanilla extract to the mixture. Beat until smooth and fully combined.
  3. Mix in Oats: Using the paddle attachment on your stand mixer or a wooden spoon, gradually mix in the rolled oats. Adjust the amount of oats based on your desired thickness. For a thicker dip, add more oats. Note that the dip will firm up slightly in the refrigerator.
  4. Add the Goodies: Fold in the M&Ms and chocolate chips until evenly distributed throughout the dip.
  5. Chill and Serve: Store the dip in the refrigerator until ready to serve. Serve with pretzels, graham crackers, or apple slices for dipping. Enjoy!

Tips

  • Oats: Start with about 1 ½ cups of oats and add more until you reach your desired thickness. Quick oats are finer and will make the dip thicker, so you might need less.
  • Serving Suggestions: This dip pairs perfectly with salty pretzels, sweet graham crackers, or fresh apple slices. It can also be spread on toast or used as a fun topping for pancakes or waffles.
  • Storage: Store any leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator. The dip will firm up as it chills, so let it sit at room temperature for a few minutes before serving if needed.

Notes

  • Customization: Feel free to customize this dip with your favorite add-ins like crushed nuts, different types of chocolate chips, or even dried fruit.
  • Consistency: If the dip is too thick after refrigerating, let it sit at room temperature for a bit or stir in a splash of milk to loosen it up.

This Monster Cookie Dough Dip is sure to be a hit at your next gathering, bringing all the deliciousness of monster cookies into a fun, shareable form. Enjoy!
