Impossible Cheeseburger Pie

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb. lean ground beef
  • 1 large onion, chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon seasoned salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Dash of Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese (3/4 cheddar, 1/4 mozzarella)
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup Original Bisquick mix
  • 2 eggs

How to Make:

  1. Heat the oven to 400°F.
  2. Spray a 9-inch pie plate with non-stick cooking spray.
  3. Cook ground beef and chopped onion in a skillet over medium heat for about 10 minutes or until the beef is browned. Drain excess fat.
  4. Stir in seasoned salt, garlic powder, and Worcestershire sauce. Spread the mixture in the pie plate.
  5. Sprinkle shredded cheese over the beef.
  6. In a small bowl, whisk together milk, eggs, and Bisquick. Ensure there are minimal lumps. Pour over the meat mixture.
  7. Bake in the oven for 25 minutes or until a knife comes out clean.
