Ingredients:

- 3 1/2 cups confectioners’ sugar
- 1 package (8 ounces) Neufchâtel cheese
- 1/2 cup softened butter
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup chopped pecans
How to Make:
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Grease a 9-inch skillet with flour and brush with flour.
- In a large bowl, combine grated carrots, flour, white sugar, baking soda, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon.
