This Frozen Strawberry Mojito is a vibrant and refreshing twist on the classic mojito, combining the tangy sweetness of strawberries with zesty lime and cooling mint. Perfect for a hot day, this frozen cocktail delivers the ultimate balance of fruity flavor and boozy refreshment. With a base of frozen limeade and a splash of rum, it’s easy to blend and serve in just a few minutes. Whether you’re enjoying a summer barbecue or just lounging by the pool, this drink is sure to be a crowd favorite.

Ingredients:

  • 12-ounce container frozen limeade
  • ½ cup light rum
  • 2 cups frozen strawberries
  • 8 small mint leaves, divided
  • Juice from 1 small lime, divided

Instructions:

1. Prepare the Glasses:

  • Divide the mint leaves and lime juice evenly among 4 small tumbler glasses. Use a cocktail muddler or wooden spoon to gently muddle the mint and lime juice together, releasing the fresh minty aroma and flavor.

2. Blend the Cocktail:

  • In a blender, combine the frozen limeade, light rum, and frozen strawberries. Blend until the mixture is smooth and the ingredients are thoroughly combined.

3. Serve:

  • Pour the blended strawberry mojito into the prepared glasses. Garnish each glass with 1-2 fresh mint leaves and a small lime wedge for an extra pop of color and flavor.

4. Enjoy:

  • Serve immediately and enjoy the refreshing, fruity goodness!

Tips & Variations:

  • Non-Alcoholic Option: For a family-friendly or non-alcoholic version, replace the rum with 6 ounces of lemon-lime soda. It will still be deliciously refreshing without the alcohol!
  • Extra Garnish: For an extra fancy touch, you can rim the glasses with sugar or a combination of sugar and lime zest.
  • Customize the Flavor: Feel free to use fresh strawberries or other frozen fruits like raspberries or mango for a different flavor twist.
  • Make It Sweeter: If you prefer a sweeter drink, add a teaspoon of simple syrup or agave to the blender along with the other ingredients.

This Frozen Strawberry Mojito is the perfect combination of cool, tart, and sweet, with a hint of mint for that classic mojito touch. It’s light, refreshing, and incredibly easy to make—a must-have for any summer gathering!
