These Easy Philly Cheesesteak Sliders are perfect for parties, game days, or a delicious family dinner. They feature tender roast beef, savory sauteed vegetables, and melted provolone cheese, all sandwiched between soft dinner rolls. The addition of the homemade Everything Bagel Butter adds a flavorful twist to these sliders, making them irresistible.
Ingredients:
- 1 lb. shaved Roast Beef
- 2 Tablespoons Olive Oil
- 9 slices provolone cheese
- 1 large bell pepper, chopped
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 4 Tablespoons butter, divided in half
- 2 Tablespoons mayonnaise
- 1 dozen dinner rolls
- 2 Tablespoons Everything Bagel Topping
Everything Bagel Topping:
- 1/4 cup sesame seeds
- 1/4 cup poppy seeds
- 1/4 cup dried onion flakes
- 1/4 cup black sesame seeds (optional)
- 1 Tablespoon Garlic Salt
Instructions:
- Preheat Oven: Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Prepare Everything Bagel Mix:
In a small bowl, mix together all ingredients for the Everything Bagel Topping. Store in an airtight container. - Prepare Everything Bagel Butter:
In another small bowl, combine 2 tablespoons melted butter with 2 tablespoons Everything Bagel Mix. Set aside. - Saute Vegetables:
