Perfect for warm weather or any time you’re craving a cool and refreshing dessert, this frozen delight is sure to impress with its creamy texture and burst of strawberry flavor. With just a few simple steps, you can whip up this delicious dessert to enjoy with family and friends.

Ingredients:

  • Graham Cracker Crumbs: Form the base of the dessert, providing a crunchy and buttery texture.
  • Unsalted Butter: Melted butter helps bind the graham cracker crumbs together for the crust.
  • Granulated Sugar: Adds sweetness to the graham cracker crust.
  • Cream Cheese: Provides richness and creaminess to the dessert filling.
  • Powdered Sugar: Sweetens the cream cheese filling and helps create a smooth texture.
  • Sweetened Condensed Milk: Adds sweetness and creaminess to the filling.
  • Vanilla Extract: Enhances the flavor of the dessert with its aromatic sweetness.
  • Heavy Whipping Cream: Whipped to stiff peaks and folded into the filling for a light and airy texture.
  • Fresh Strawberries: Pureed and diced strawberries add a vibrant flavor and texture to the dessert.

How To Make Easy Frozen Strawberry Dessert:

  1. Prepare the graham cracker crust by combining graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar. Press half of the mixture into the bottom of a 9×13 inch pan.
  2. Puree whole strawberries in a blender until smooth, then set aside.
  3. Whip heavy whipping cream until stiff peaks form, then set aside.
  4. In a separate bowl, beat cream cheese and powdered sugar until creamy, then add condensed milk, vanilla extract, and pureed strawberries. Beat until well combined.
  5. Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until fully incorporated.
  6. Fold in diced strawberries, then spread the filling over the graham cracker crust.
  7. Sprinkle the remaining graham cracker crumbs over the top of the filling.
  8. Freeze the dessert for at least 5 hours before serving.
  9. Allow the dessert to thaw for 20-30 minutes before serving to soften slightly.

Tips:

  • For easier slicing, run a knife under hot water before cutting the frozen dessert.
  • Customize the dessert by using different fruits or adding chocolate chips or nuts to the filling.
  • Garnish with fresh strawberry slices or whipped cream before serving for an extra-special presentation.
