Doritos Chicken Casserole
Ingredients:
- 3 cups shredded cooked chicken
- 2 cups shredded Mexican cheese blend (divided)

- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 can Ro-Tel diced tomatoes with green chilies, drained
