This Crockpot Lasagna recipe takes all the deliciousness of a classic lasagna and makes it even easier by cooking it in a slow cooker. With juicy ground beef, tender noodles, layers of sauce, and gooey cheese, this lasagna is a comforting meal perfect for any day of the week.

Ingredients:
- 1 pound ground beef
- Lasagna noodles (no need to pre-cook)
- 1 jar spaghetti sauce
- 1 1/2 cups cottage cheese
- 1 1/2 cups grated mozzarella cheese
- 2 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese
Instructions:
- Prepare the Ground Beef:
- Brown the ground beef in a skillet and drain any excess fat.
- Layering in the Slow Cooker:
- Pour 1 cup of spaghetti sauce into the bottom of a 4-quart slow cooker.
- Toss the browned ground beef with the remaining sauce.
- Place a layer of uncooked lasagna noodles on top of the sauce in the slow cooker.
- Spread 1/3 of the meat mixture over the noodles.
- Spread 3/4 cup of cottage cheese over the meat.
- Sprinkle 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese over the cottage cheese.
- Repeat the layers: noodles, meat mixture, cottage cheese, and mozzarella cheese.
- Finish with a final layer of noodles, meat mixture, and mozzarella cheese.
- Sprinkle with grated parmesan cheese.
- Cooking:
- Cover and cook the lasagna in the slow cooker on low heat for 4 hours.
- If you prefer a more well-done cheese topping, you can cook it for a bit longer, but be careful not to overcook the noodles.
Tips:
- Use lean ground beef to reduce excess fat in the lasagna.
- Break the lasagna noodles as needed to fit them into the slow cooker.
- For added flavor, you can sprinkle Italian seasoning or dried basil and oregano between the layers.
- Let the lasagna rest for about 15 minutes after cooking before slicing and serving to allow the layers to set. This will make it easier to serve without the layers falling apart.
