CREAMY CHICKEN BAKE

This Creamy Chicken Bake is a delicious, comforting dish that’s easy to prepare and perfect for a family dinner. Tender chicken breasts are smothered in a rich, creamy sauce made with condensed soups, sour cream, and mushrooms. Ingredients

  • 4 large chicken breasts
  • 1 can (10 ¾ oz.) condensed cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 can (10 ¾ oz.) condensed cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 can (8 oz.) mushrooms (stems and pieces), drained
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon chives, chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the Oven:
  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking pan with non-stick cooking spray.
  1. Prepare the Chicken:
  • Place the chicken breasts in the prepared baking pan, ensuring they are spread out evenly.
  • Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper.

  • In a medium bowl, mix together the cream of mushroom soup, cream of chicken soup, sour cream, drained mushrooms, water, onion powder, and chopped chives.
