Indulge in the nostalgic flavors of a creamsicle with this delightful Creamsicle Orange Fluff dessert. Bursting with tangy orange jello, creamy cheesecake pudding, fluffy Cool Whip, and sweet mandarin oranges, this dessert is a refreshing treat for any occasion.

Ingredients:

  • 1 box Orange jello
  • 1 box instant vanilla cheesecake pudding mix
  • 1 cup boiling water
  • 1/2 cup cold water
  • 8 ounces Cool Whip
  • 1 small can of mandarin oranges
  • 1 cup pastel colored miniature marshmallows

How To Make Creamsicle Orange Fluff:

  1. In a large bowl, dissolve the orange flavored jello in boiling water, whisking until completely dissolved.
  2. Stir in the cold water and chill the mixture for about 20 minutes, allowing it to thicken.
  3. Add the instant vanilla cheesecake pudding mix to the bowl and whisk until well combined. Chill for an additional 20 minutes until thickened.
  4. Fold in the Cool Whip, mandarin oranges, and miniature marshmallows until evenly mixed.
  5. Chill the mixture for 1 to 2 hours to allow the flavors to meld together and the dessert to set.
  6. When ready to serve, garnish with additional mandarin oranges, marshmallows (optional), and a couple of fresh mint leaves for a pop of color and flavor.

Tips:

  • For a creamier texture, use full-fat Cool Whip instead of the lite version.
  • Feel free to experiment with different flavors of jello and pudding mix to create variations of this dessert.
  • Make sure to drain the mandarin oranges well before adding them to the fluff to prevent excess liquid in the mixture.
  • Customize the dessert by adding additional mix-ins such as chopped nuts or shredded coconut.
  • Serve the Creamsicle Orange Fluff chilled for a refreshing and satisfying dessert experience.
