This Cookie Dough Fudge is the perfect treat for cookie dough lovers and fudge enthusiasts alike! It combines the classic flavors of chocolate chip cookie dough with the smooth, creamy texture of fudge, offering an indulgent and delightful dessert. This no-bake treat comes together quickly and easily with a few basic ingredients, making it a go-to for holiday gatherings, parties, or when you’re simply craving something sweet and unique. The sweetened condensed milk gives the fudge a rich, velvety consistency, while mini chocolate chips add bursts of chocolatey goodness in every bite.

Ingredients:

  • ½ cup butter (1 stick, softened)
  • ¾ cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup flour
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • 1 ½ cups mini chocolate chips
  • 1 (14 oz) can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 ½ cups white chocolate, melted

Instructions:

1. Prep the Pan:

  • Spray a 9-inch square pan with nonstick cooking spray, and line the bottom with parchment paper. This will help remove the fudge easily once set.

2. Make the Cookie Dough Base:

  • In a stand mixer (or using a hand mixer), cream together the softened butter, sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth and fluffy.
  • Microwave the flour in a microwave-safe bowl for about 1 ½ minutes, or until hot. This step ensures the flour is safe to consume.
  • Add the flour and salt to the butter mixture, mixing until the dough is smooth.

3. Melt the White Chocolate:

  • In the microwave, melt the white chocolate in 10-second intervals, stirring in between to prevent burning. Once fully melted, set it aside.

4. Combine and Mix:

  • Stir the mini chocolate chips into the cookie dough mixture.
  • Add the sweetened condensed milk to the melted white chocolate, stirring until smooth and fully incorporated.
  • Slowly pour the white chocolate mixture into the cookie dough mixture and mix on low speed until everything is evenly blended.

5. Assemble the Fudge:

  • Pour the fudge mixture into the prepared 9-inch pan, using a spatula or the back of a spoon to press it evenly into the pan.

6. Refrigerate and Set:

  • Place the pan in the refrigerator and chill for at least 2 hours, or until the fudge is firm and set.

7. Cut and Serve:

  • Once firm, remove the fudge from the pan and cut it into 1 to 2-inch squares. Serve the fudge chilled, and enjoy!

Tips:

  • Flour Safety: Heating the flour in the microwave is essential for ensuring it’s safe to consume raw, preventing any potential bacteria contamination.
  • White Chocolate Melting: Be cautious when melting white chocolate in the microwave as it can easily scorch. Stir it frequently to ensure it melts evenly.
  • Custom Mix-ins: Feel free to get creative with your add-ins! Swap mini chocolate chips with dark chocolate chunks or add nuts like walnuts or pecans for extra texture.
  • Storage: Keep the fudge stored in an airtight container in the fridge. It can last for up to one week, though it’s often gone much sooner!

This Cookie Dough Fudge is perfect for any occasion, blending the irresistible flavor of cookie dough with the creamy richness of fudge. Enjoy each decadent bite!
