These Christmas Chocolate Kahlua & Bailey’s Pudding Shots are a delightful holiday treat that combines the rich flavors of chocolate, coffee liqueur, and creamy Red Velvet Bailey’s. Perfect for festive gatherings or cozy nights by the fire, these pudding shots are sure to spread holiday cheer. With the addition of Christmas sprinkles, they also make a festive and fun dessert for holiday parties.

Ingredients:

  • Red Velvet Bailey’s (or regular Bailey’s) adds a creamy and indulgent flavor to the pudding shots.
  • Kahlua, a coffee liqueur, enhances the chocolate flavor and adds a hint of warmth.
  • JELLO Chocolate Instant Pudding Mix provides the base for the pudding shots and adds rich chocolate flavor.
  • Milk helps to create a smooth and creamy texture.
  • Cool Whip adds lightness and creaminess to the pudding mixture.
  • Christmas Sprinkles add a festive touch and make the pudding shots visually appealing.

Instructions:

  1. Whisk together the Red Velvet Bailey’s (or regular Bailey’s), Kahlua, chocolate instant pudding mix, and milk in a large bowl until well combined.
  2. Gently fold in the Cool Whip until fully incorporated.
  3. Fill shot cups with the pudding mixture using a tablespoon or a piping bag for a neater presentation.
  4. Garnish with Christmas sprinkles for a festive touch.
  5. Store the pudding shots in the refrigerator or freezer until ready to serve.

Tips:

  • Be sure to use instant pudding mix rather than cook-and-serve pudding mix for this recipe.
  • Adjust the amount of Red Velvet Bailey’s and Kahlua to suit your taste preferences. You can also omit the alcohol for a non-alcoholic version of the pudding shots.
  • For a thicker consistency, freeze the pudding shots for a few hours before serving.
  • Experiment with different flavors of pudding mix or liqueurs to create variations of this recipe.
