Cherry Cheesecake Lush is a delightful and indulgent dessert that combines layers of creamy cheesecake filling, luscious cherry pie filling, and a buttery cookie crust. This no-bake dessert is perfect for any occasion and is sure to impress your family and friends.The crunchy golden Oreo crust provides a delicious contrast to the smooth and creamy layers of cream cheese and pudding. The addition of cherry pie filling adds a burst of fruity flavor and a pop of color to the dessert.This recipe is easy to make and can be prepared in advance, making it a great option for potlucks, parties, or family gatherings. Ingredients:

  • 1 (14-ounce) package golden Oreos, crushed
  • 1/3 cup salted butter, melted
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 3/4 cup white sugar
  • 16 ounces frozen whipped topping, thawed
  • 2 small boxes cheesecake-flavored instant pudding mix
  • 3 cups whole milk
  • 2 large cans cherry pie filling
  • 1 cup chopped pecans or walnuts

How To Make Cherry Cheesecake Lush:

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish with 1 tablespoon of butter and set aside.
  2. In a food processor, crush the golden Oreos into fine crumbs. Add the melted butter and pulse until well combined.
  3. Press the cookie mixture evenly into the bottom of the prepared baking dish to form the crust. Place the crust in the freezer for 10 minutes to firm up.
  4. In a mixing bowl, beat together the cream cheese, sugar, vanilla extract, and 1 cup of whipped topping until smooth and creamy.
  5. Spread the cream cheese mixture over the chilled cookie crust, then return the dish to the freezer for another 10 minutes.
  6. In another bowl, combine the instant pudding mix with the milk and 1/2 cup of whipped topping. Whisk until the mixture begins to thicken.
  7. Spread the pudding mixture over the chilled cream cheese layer, smoothing it evenly. Chill in the refrigerator for 30 minutes or until the pudding is set.
  8. After the pudding has set, carefully pour the cherry pie filling over the pudding layer, taking care not to mix the layers together.
  9. Spread the remaining whipped topping over the entire dessert, covering it completely.
  10. Top the dessert with chopped pecans or walnuts.
  11. Chill the dessert in the refrigerator for 1 to 2 hours before serving.
