These Boneless Chicken Tenders are a quick and easy way to prepare a flavorful and crispy dish. The combination of garlic and onion powder adds a savory kick, while the breadcrumbs create a golden and crunchy coating. Baking in the oven ensures that the pork chops cook through while maintaining their tenderness.

Boneless Chicken Tenders

Ingredients:

  • 2 eggs
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp onion powder
  • Breadcrumbs
  • 3 tbsp olive oil or vegetable oil
  • 6 thin-cut boneless pork chops

How to Make:

  1. In a large bowl, combine eggs and spices, then dip each pork chop into the mixture, coating it with breadcrumbs.
  2. In a skillet, heat the oil over medium heat and brown the pork chops for 1 minute per side. Add more oil if needed to prevent burning.
  3. Preheat the oven to 375°F.
  4. Transfer the browned pork chops to the oven and bake for 15 to 20 minutes.

Tips:

  1. Uniform Coating: Ensure an even coating of the egg and spice mixture on each pork chop to enhance flavor.
  2. Browning for Flavor: The initial browning in the skillet adds a layer of flavor and texture to the pork chops.
  3. Oven Baking: Baking in the oven allows for even cooking and ensures that the pork chops are fully cooked without drying out.
  4. Internal Temperature: Check the internal temperature of the pork chops with a meat thermometer. They are safe to eat when the internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C).

These Boneless Chicken Tenders make for a versatile dish that can be served with your favorite dipping sauces, alongside salads, or in sandwiches for a delicious and satisfying meal.
