Big Mac French Toast takes the classic flavors of a Big Mac burger and transforms them into a hearty and indulgent breakfast or brunch dish. This recipe combines savory ground beef patties, crispy bacon, melted cheese, and sautéed onions between slices of thick French toast, all topped off with a rich and creamy egg mixture. With the option to add homemade Big Mac sauce for extra flavor, this dish offers a satisfying twist on a beloved fast food favorite.

Ingredients:

  • Ground beef
  • Thick-sliced bread
  • Onion
  • American cheese slices
  • Bacon
  • Eggs
  • Heavy cream
  • Milk
  • Garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper
  • Optional: Big Mac sauce

How To Make Big Mac French Toast:

  1. Form the ground beef into two equal-sized patties and sauté in a skillet until cooked to your liking.
  2. Cook the bacon until crispy and set aside.
  3. In a bowl, mix together beaten eggs, heavy cream, milk, garlic powder, salt, and pepper to create an egg mixture.
  4. Dip slices of bread into the egg mixture and cook in a skillet until crispy on both sides.
  5. Optionally, spread Big Mac sauce on the inside of the bread slices.
  6. Assemble the sandwiches by placing a cooked beef patty on two slices of French toast.
  7. Top each patty with a slice of cheese, bacon, and cooked onions.
  8. Place another slice of cooked French toast on top to complete the sandwiches.
  9. Serve hot and enjoy!

Recipe Tips:

  • Customize your Big Mac French Toast by adding lettuce, pickles, or additional condiments to suit your taste preferences.
  • For extra crunch and flavor, consider deep frying the assembled sandwiches until golden brown and crispy.
  • Use a non-stick skillet or griddle to cook the French toast slices evenly and prevent sticking.
  • To save time, you can prepare the ground beef patties and cook the bacon in advance and store them in the refrigerator until ready to assemble the sandwiches.
  • If you prefer a lighter version, you can use lean ground beef or turkey instead of regular ground beef.
